Support for Softphone Clients

To submit a support request, please send us an email to helpdesk@pelicanbb.com with the following:

• Subject of request, your name(s) and first name(s);

• Any additional information that you can provide about the problem.

 

Company support will respond to requests in a timely manner, usually within 4 hours.
Company support might ask you for further information, such as a username or a phone number, in order to determine what information has been collected about you.
