After logging in to SmartHub, either through the app or on our webpage, go to the Manage Contacts link under Notifications. From that screen, you can add your cell phone contact information and click the box to Receive Text Messages.
By signing up to receive text notifications, we can contact you regarding your account for things like, Scheduled Maintenance, Appointment Reminders, Billing Notifications, Payment Confirmations, and more (view all notification options by clicking Manage Notifications under the Notifications heading in SmartHub.)
