Customer Service Representative (Natchitoches, LA)
Pelican Broadband is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Natchitoches, LA. This role is the first point of contact for our customers, as well as the continued primary contact person for continued customer care.
Duties include answering and routing incoming calls, taking customer payments both in person and over the phone, creating and maintaining customer accounts in various software programs.
